The world needs another good Arnie action film; sadly though, this is not it. Sure, the story is far-fetched and moronic, and the dialogue is terrible (with the exception of a few new classic Arnie one-liners) , but these are not the reasons for its mediocrity. The action scenes are generic and unispired. No good stunts or anything memorable, just shooting and explosions. Besides, Arnie is starting to look a little long in the tooth; I kept thinking he was dying for a nap the whole movie. And as for the people who are criticizing it for being about terrorist bombings in the U. S. so soon after September 11, your complaints are unwarranted. If we start doing away with violent action movies now, then the terrorists have won. Movie violence is a Western way of life. And besides, if this movie was a little better, it would be kind of cathartic. Alas, it was not that good, except for the last half hour.
