Cinéma Québec: Amqui

It is a given that anyone who likes any sort of action movie will find enough in this film for it's viewing to be worthwhile. That said, this is not Tarantino's best work. It is oft times overly stylistic and the juxtapositions of style often breaks one out of the viewing experience. I have seven years of sword fighting experience myself. I was quite enthused to see Uma Thurman use my own 'secret technique' at one point to regain the initiative at a crucial moment.
